We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Load powder and binder into the furnace according to specifications.


• Monitor furnace and robotic systems using video surveillance and respond to any irregularities.


• Track and update order progress using a computer system.


• Keep pace with a fast-moving production line and ensure quality standards are met.


• Communicate any problems or delays to supervisors, leads, or the maintenance team.


• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.


• Help meet or exceed daily production goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in US


• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.


• Comfortable working with machinery and computer systems.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.


• Must be dependable and punctual.


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
