Starting Rate of Pay & Working Hours

Hourly salary: $22.60/hour

12-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Safely operate assigned equipment or machines.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintain efficiency standards set for the area.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved accurately.

Education and Experience Requirements

• No previous work-related skills or experience required; helpful but not necessary.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to use a calculator.
• Ability to read a tape measure and lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
• Must understand and follow safety and work instructions in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
