Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local production facility in Slater, IA to hire a Production Worker on assignment. The role involves lab‑style seed testing support, data entry, sample handling, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 3-month assignment and a weekly paycheck. Prior lab experience and a HS Diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred in a lab environment.
• Entry level lab experience considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assisted laboratory personnel with seed testing procedures, sample preparation, labeling, and accurate documentation of test results.
• Collected, sorted, and processed seed samples while maintaining compliance with laboratory protocols and quality standards.
• Maintained laboratory equipment, prepared testing materials, and ensured a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment.
• Supported data entry, recordkeeping, and inventory management to ensure accurate tracking of seed samples and testing activities.
• Followed safety procedures and quality control guidelines to support reliable germination, purity, and seed health testing processes.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$17.97 per hour
