Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Production Technicians in Haverhill, MA. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone early in their career to join a stable, long-term manufacturing team. Hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour DOE.

Key duties include operating and maintaining equipment, performing assembly, inspection, packing, and following safety procedures. A high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and twisting.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, assembly machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and specialized tools.
• Perform assembly, fabrication, modification, soldering/welding, packing, wrapping, and palletizing tasks according to work instructions.
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Safely handle and transport raw materials and finished products, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, production documentation, and quality standards while working with the production team.
