Pay Rate: $23.08/hr. - $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift: 2:45pm-11pm

Position Overview

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Packer/Production Worker/Laborer will collaborate within our manufacturing environment, emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Collaborate with departments and plant teams to complete manufacturing tasks
2. Pack products into boxes, operate machinery, and retrieve products from equipment
3. Adjust processes incrementally, monitor, and report on product quality
4. Set up new production jobs, utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
6. Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience or training
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, and perform math and measurements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
