Job Details

• Title: Production Worker - Neenah, WI
• Shift: 3rd (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Pay: $24.27/hr
• Employment Type: Full Time

The Opportunity

Seeking 2nd or 3rd shift PRODUCTION WORKER / MACHINE OPERATOR / GENERAL LABORERS. Pay Range: $24.27/hr - $26.19/hr including shift premium + full benefits after 90 days + OT Pay.

Primary Duties

• Safely perform a variety of tasks including stacking, quality checks, material setup, and workspace organization.
• Commit to safety, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, learn manufacturing processes, and operate machinery.
• Aim for career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, follow instructions, use hand tools, and perform duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment, read tape measures, perform basic math, and use computers.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts.
• Work overtime, including weekends, depending on the position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military training or technical schooling preferred.
