Position: Production Worker
Location: Neenah, WI
Pay: $23.99/hr
Available Shifts:

1. 2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 10:45pm (shift differential $0.26), Monday - Friday
2. 3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 6:45am (shift differential $0.40), Sunday - Thursday

*Must be willing and flexible to work overtime when needed.*

***$2,000 sign-on bonus — Paid out $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days***

Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will work in production for our tube and core division, focusing on safety and efficiency. Excellent attendance and a proven record in fast-paced environments are essential. You should be capable of working with various teams and have a keen eye for defect detection, pride in your hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with other departments and teams
• Thinking quickly to troubleshoot problems
• Making process adjustments and monitoring product quality
• Setting up new jobs, training on different lines and departments
• Maintaining a safe, clean, organized work area
• Performing duties as assigned by supervisors
• Supporting Sonoco's quality and safety policies
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Performing cleaning and straightening during downtime
