Position: Production Worker in Maumee, OH (1st shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Setting and operating various machines
2. Changing dies for new orders, including cleaning the ink off the die
3. Building boxes and stacking products onto pallets
4. Inspecting for quality
5. Ensuring machines run smoothly and at a fast pace
6. Troubleshooting machining issues
7. Loading corrugated materials into machines
8. Using hand tools to build packaging materials
9. Cross-training in all departments

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $17/hr, including an attendance incentive

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified Candidate Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior machine operating experience
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to prioritize and switch between jobs quickly
• Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks
• Detail-oriented with thorough record-keeping skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Comfortable with cleaning dies and handling ink-stained clothing
