Aerotek is hiring a Production Worker in Lebanon, TN to support production and shipping operations. You will kit parts, manage inventory in SAP, and prepare service parts for shipment in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, packing parts, using RF scanners, labeling, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and potential overtime on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a warehouse worker or production worker.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency using RF scanners to manage and track inventory.
• Basic familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Hands-on experience with production, assembly, picking, and packing tasks.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and packaging tools such as tape guns.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate kitting, labeling, and packaging.

Work Environment

The setting is structured and process-oriented, with an emphasis on organization, cleanliness, and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
