Job summary

BAILY INTERNATIONAL LLC is hiring for full-time production roles in Granite City, IL. No experience required; training is provided. You will participate in packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products while following safety and quality standards.

The team works together to maintain smooth production and clean, safe work areas. Two shifts available: 1st shift 5:00 am–3:30 pm and 2nd shift 3:30 pm–2:00 am, Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays based on needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in production packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety standards (cGMP & HACCP).
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality expectations.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and general production support.
• Report issues with equipment, safety, or product quality.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.

Looking for a steady, full-time role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Production Employees to join our team in Granite City! No experience? No problem — we’ll train you and set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work hands-on in production packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products

Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
• Ability to work around machinery and in a production setting
