Job summary

Baily international Inc. in Granite City, IL, is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Worker for a full-time role. No experience required as training is provided; you will join a fast-paced team on a 3:30pm–2am shift, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays.

You will pack, weigh, assemble, inspect products, follow cGMP and HACCP standards, and help with equipment setup. Safety, quality, and teamwork are essential to keep production running smoothly.

Looking for a steady, full-time role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Production Employees to join our team in Granite City! No experience? No problem - we’ll train you and set you up for success.

Location: Granite City, IL

Shift: 3:30pm - 2am Monday - Thursday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
• Ability to work around machinery and in a production setting
