Job summary

Falcontek Solutions is hiring Food Production Associates to support production in a food manufacturing facility in Maryland. This temp-to-hire role involves hands-on production tasks on a fast-paced line, including sorting, packing, labeling, and moving product, with strict adherence to GMP and food safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have prior production or general labor experience, be reliable and able to stand all shift hours, and be comfortable around spicy/hot products.

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line in a food manufacturing environment.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, moving, and handling product as needed.
• Inspect product for quality and report issues to leads or supervisors.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures; wear PPE as required.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and general production support as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
