Responsibilities

• Quality & compliance: Produce food products meeting safety, quality, and regulatory standards (USDA, GMPs, SQF).
• Food safety: Maintain hygiene and report issues to QA and supervisors.
• Line performance: Meet production pace and efficiency targets.
• Safety & workplace care: Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace; complete safety and QA trainings.
• Team collaboration: Communicate clearly with supervisor and teammates; assist as needed.
• General duties: Flexibly assist with other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Quality & Compliance: Produce food products that meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Strictly adhere to USDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
• Food Safety Standards: Maintain proper hygiene, including strict hand-washing protocols. Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or the Quality Assurance team.
• Line Performance: Keep pace with production demands while giving your best effort to ensure overall efficiency and flow.
• Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times. Complete and follow all training related to safety, QA, and USDA rules.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with your supervisor and teammates. Assist team members and supervisors when requested.
