Job summary

Watershed Foods, LLC is seeking a dependable Production Worker to support daily manufacturing operations. You will prepare raw materials, complete production processes, package finished products, and help ensure products meet quality standards for shipment to customers.

You will follow GMPs and Food Safety policies, perform sanitation and cleaning, record quality and production data, operate various machinery, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in performing assigned tasks.
• Team collaboration and good communication within production teams.
• Strong math skills for process calculations and quality checks.
• Able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn SOPs and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete work as assigned and outlined in SOPs for the Production department.
• Adhere to GMPs and Food Safety Policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report Food Safety, Quality and Occupational Safety concerns to area leads and shift lead.
• Perform sanitation duties as needed and participate in cleaning schedules.
• Record quality and production data accurately.
• Assist with running various types of machinery.
• Assist other employees as needed to complete tasks.
• Support Master Cleaning Schedule duties as needed.
