Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hands-on Food Production Line Operator to support ingredient prep and line operations. You will measure and mix ingredients, run machinery, and assist with packaging according to plant procedures.

You will report equipment faults, monitor quality, store materials, and maintain a clean workspace. Lifting up to 55 pounds is required, and prior production line experience is helpful. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic required.
• Experience working on a production line preferred.
• Flexible and proactive to perform tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help collect raw ingredients for processing.
• Operate line machines per training.
• Receive product for packaging and package as instructed.
• Monitor production, perform basic tests and quality checks.
• Store goods and raw materials in the facility.
