Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Assembler for a contract-to-hire role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will assemble electronic products, transponders, and beacons, using hand and power tools, following SOPs and work instructions in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly, production, or related fields, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, transponders, and beacons using hand tools.
• Install small components including circuit boards, batteries, screws, and wiring.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and wire assembly tasks.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Label products and complete shipping-related tasks.
• Update inventory and perform basic computer data entry.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Assembler

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $15+/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
