We enable our associates with the tools needed to provide excellent service and products, leading to high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Currently, we are seeking an Imaging Operator Trainee to support photographic imaging and screen printing operations, with potential for advancement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate computerized to plate (CTP) imaging equipment
• Image photographic anodized aluminum plates
• Develop, inspect, seal, and clean photographic plates
• Perform minor maintenance on imaging and developing machinery
• Assist with screen printing operations, including material preparation, screen making, inspection, ink preparation, and press setup/tear-down
• Potential to train as a qualified screen printing operator

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience or training in photographic print making preferred
• Experience in screen printing a plus
• Strong PC and Windows skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Energetic, detail-oriented team player
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Physical Demands

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally, and have good manual dexterity, color vision, and visual acuity.
