Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Production MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. You will perform MIG welding on heavy-duty components and read welded drawings to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, inspecting welds, measuring parts, and maintaining a clean workspace while following safety procedures. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:30 pm with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Able to read basic blueprints or welding drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Able to use basic measuring tools.

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Production MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be responsible for the fabrication of heavy-duty industrial shipping racks. Pay: $21.20 Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30pm plus occasional overtime
