Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in Holly, MI!

Pay rate is $19- $22 depending on shift and experience.Attendance bonuses! Schedule is1st shift: 7am-3:30pm or2nd shift: 4pm-12:30am.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The Welder will perform MIG welding, assemble and fabricate metal components, and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and operate welding equipment.
• Set up machines and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Read blueprints and follow specifications.
• Maintain equipment and report issues.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete production work accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• MIG welding experience required.
• Mechanical or fabrication knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working around heat, sparks, fumes, and industrial equipment while using required PPE.
• Welding certification is a plus.
