Job summary

Cardinal Staffing is seeking an experienced Aluminum MIG Welder for our client in Southgate, MI. The role focuses on welding aluminum components for tarp systems, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality workmanship.

You will perform MIG welding on aluminum parts, prepare materials, inspect welds, and follow safety procedures in a first-shift, Monday–Friday schedule. The position offers steady work with competitive pay of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous aluminum MIG welding experience is required.
• Ability to perform clean, consistent, and accurate welds.
• Experience reading blueprints and following specifications.
• Familiarity with welding equipment and basic fabrication tools.
• Must be able to complete a welding test.
