Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies.
• Fit and position components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and sample parts.
• Inspect your welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Help keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Pay: $19.65/hour + weekly attendance bonus

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday

• 1st: 7 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift - 4 pm to 12:30 am (includes additional shift premium)

What to Expect

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll be working around welding equipment, machinery, and active production areas, so the shop may be noisy, dusty, smoky, or dirty at times.

Production needs can change, and overtime may be available or required depending on workload. Safety, quality, and reliable attendance are important parts of the job.
