Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MIG/TIG welding.
• Experience with robotic welding arm preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG/MIG welding for fabricated products.
• Examine welds to ensure standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints and specs.

Job description

• Perform TIG/MIG welding for any product that is fabricated and requires welding.
• Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
• Produce required quality of work.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, and processes.
• Sand seams and rough spots with a portable grinder or sander.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury, product, or facility damage.
• Ask for and give clear and constructive feedback.
• Clearly communicate in both verbal and written form.
• Abide by the established guidelines to maintain business productivity.
• Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork to foster a positive working environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Welding Certification
• Experience in leadership preferred
• Experience with robotic welding arm preferred
• Comfortable working with aluminum and steel
• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding with at least 3years of experience.
• Ability to move and/or lift 50 pounds.
• Computer knowledge.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
