We are seeking a dedicated professional for a 2nd shift Production Welder position based in Anderson, SC. This role involves the assembly and fabrication of various metal parts, working directly from technical schematics and production orders to ensure high-quality output on the manufacturing floor.

Starting hourly rates are determined by your professional background and the outcomes of a pre-employment assessment:

Core Responsibilities

Execute MIG welding techniques on various metal parts.
Analyze and translate complex blueprints and welding notations.
Configure and calibrate welding machinery for optimal performance.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of every weld to meet quality standards.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your area organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Background in metal fabrication or general manufacturing is advantageous.
Proficiency in utilizing various power and hand-operated tools.
Demonstrate a high level of precision and focus on quality control.
Adaptability to thrive within a high-speed production setting.
Support operational efficiency by meeting physical requirements, including standing for extended durations and lifting over 50 lbs.
