Mach10 Solutions in Blaine, MN is seeking a shipping and receiving supervisor to mentor and instruct staff, oversee stock organization, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and ensure production targets are met.

You will generate shipping manifests, resolve issues with damaged inventory or vendor inquiries, review PO's, operate loading equipment, liaise with FedEx/UPS, and use ERP systems to input data and produce reports. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• Possession of a GED or high school diploma.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organizational structure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and the capacity to adhere to established protocols.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to put in extra hours as the business requires.
• Physical capacity to occasionally handle items weighing up to 30 pounds.

• Operate equipment to load and unload freight, including the handling of hazardous items.
• Liaise with external suppliers, logistics providers, and carriers like FedEx and UPS.
• Utilize ERP systems to input data, extract information, and compile operational reports.
• Uphold a secure, orderly, and high-quality work environment to ensure team safety.
• Support management by providing input on performance evaluations and verifying timecards.
