Job summary

Horizons HR Services is hiring a Production/Warehouse Associate for a 2nd shift with weekly pay. The role involves operating meat processing and packaging equipment, building pallets for shipping, and working in cold areas with potential exposure to animal blood and carcass parts.

Lifting 30–60 lbs or using mechanical help may be required. We offer a permanent position with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Perform a task requiting repetitive movements including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• May require certification in order to operate various pieces of equipment required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Working with meat/cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products.
• Palletizing product and/or building pallets to be used for shipping.
• Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
• Work in cold areas.
• Work with sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
