Job summary

ARAUCO North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Utility in Malvern, AR. The position shares a 5/8 schedule (days to nights with rotating shifts) and offers growth opportunities, safety-focused culture, and a pathway to higher pay after certification.

Responsibilities include handling and stacking material, wrapping, banding, and quality checks. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle, stack, and grade material up to 18ft long and 50lbs repeatedly.
• Wrap, sub-bundle, and stack millwork for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and prepare units for packing.
• Band and secure units at end of production runs.
• Monitor product quality, equipment condition, and safety with supervisor.
• Cut runners and side boards using tape measure and miter saw.
