You will ensure on-time delivery while adhering to IATF and customer requirements. The role emphasizes a safe, engaged work environment, supervision of shift leads, and close collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to transfer products, launch processes, and develop the workforce

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety policies.
• Lead 3-shift operations through supervision and coordination.
• Drive production transfer and launches with equipment integration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics on transitions.
• Coach teams on KPIs and drive improvements across shifts.
• Develop budgets and manage cost centers to targets.
