thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Launch Manager to lead new product introductions, engineering changes, and process transfers.

You will serve as the primary link among Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure readiness, flawless execution, and achievement of safety, quality, and financial objectives. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and mitigate risks to deliver on-time launches in a fast-paced automotive supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Significant automotive manufacturing program management experience.
• Experience leading launches, changes, and manufacturing implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches, engineering changes, and special build activities from planning through production.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve launch risks to ensure successful program execution.
• Ensure smooth production ramp-up with zero safety incidents, minimal defects, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate training, production trials, and handoffs between Engineering and Operations.
