thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced facility in Hamilton, Ohio. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and focuses on safety, efficiency, and meeting operational goals.

Responsibilities include supervising team leads and material handlers, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating staffing to support production. A high school diploma and SAP/WMS proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising people and processes in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Proven ability to continuously improve operational costs and profitability.
• Proficiency in ERP (prefer SAP) with knowledge of WMS and inventory controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Strong leadership with integrity and ethics.
• Ability to support production in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborates with management and cross-functional staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to work long hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a passionate commitment to safety and enforces safety policies.
• Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising and training staff and meeting goals.
• Establishes performance standards and metrics and tracks them daily.
• Trains and manages front-line leaders to address daily issues and meet goals.
• Plans, monitors and adjusts schedules to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Manages inbound and outbound loading and inventory accuracy.
• Provides training and career development for employees.
• Submits timely incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintains plans to improve productivity, safety, quality, and morale.
