An established industry player is seeking a motivated self-starter to join their team. This role focuses on developing new retail relationships within the Healthcare sector, particularly in Long-term, Misc Medical, and Social Services. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing agency relationships, ensuring growth and accountability. You will play a vital role in addressing the unique needs of the medical field and contribute to specialized solutions in a largely underserved market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a burgeoning industry.
We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group!
Total Program Management (TPM) was inspired by a startling revelation: the fact that one of the nation’s largest burgeoning industries – namely, Health Care – was largely underserved by insurers. Since the Health Care business can pose fairly high risk exposures, insurance companies weren’t rising to the challenge. At TPM, we knew we could offer specialized solutions and programs to answer the unique needs of the medical field. By educating employers about the cost-driving factors of Workers’ Compensation insurance, we would also be able to cut both the risks and expenses associated with it.
TPM seeks an ambitious, self-starter with experience in Property and Casualty, specifically Workers' Compensation, to join our team. This individual will develop new retail relationships with a specialty in the Healthcare vertical, specifically in Long-term, Misc Medical, and Social Services. While driving new business into TPM, accountability will also be for agency relationship management and growth.
