FM is expanding FM Essential, a new resilience-focused product line for the manufacturing sector. We are seeking a PUW I to Senior PUW with 3-5 years underwriting experience to develop and market the Essential product through broker networks and reinsurers. Travel, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined pricing are key.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years underwriting experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sales/negotiation/presentation capabilities.
• Attention to detail in risk assessment and pricing.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead new business production and renewal retention while protecting profitability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with broker networks and clients.
• Coordinate account team resources to deliver proactive service.
• Collaborate with Account Engineers to assess risks on renewals and new business.
• Interface with brokers and reinsurers for Essential product issues.
• Meet profit, production, and retention targets set with the Essential manager.
• Establish numerous broker contacts; conduct regular visits for visibility.
• Travel for marketing, training, and out-of-area responsibilities.
• Uphold underwriting standards; manage net retentions and reinsurance.”
