Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator License and Sampler's License required.
• Must be able to work safely and follow GMP procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot small problems and operate equipment efficiently.
• Willingness to train others and assist in plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of receiving raw products, separators, HTST's, evaporators, load outs, butter operation, warehouse, dryer and powder packaging.
• Monitor chemical use during cleanup, CIP logs, and maintain proper rotation of products.
• Be inspection ready: keep sanitation logs, charts, and cleanliness up to standard.
• Inform other departments of changes or run conditions and report problems to Supervisor.
• Assist in servicing pumps and valves and follow preventative maintenance schedule.
• Follow all safety, GMP rules, and company policies.
