Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Trainer at the Greenville, SC facility to lead production training, onboarding, and certification. The role supports efficient, standards-based training across all technical processes and ensures new hires complete standardized onboarding before starting work.

The trainer will develop and revise SOP-based material, coach staff, and participate in audits to improve training quality and knowledge across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Manufacturing Operations experience
• 1+ years Training experience
• Broad knowledge of varied technical and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to train staff using adult learning principles

Responsibilities

• Train new employees during onboarding and certify task proficiency.
• Develop, revise, and deliver training materials (SOPs) with SME input.
• Oversee training progress reporting to managers and plant leaders.
• Coordinate with Quality/Maintenance to address training gaps and audits.
• Ensure training processes are understood and followed across shifts.
