Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a Training Production Supervisor to develop and deliver on-the-floor training for hourly workers, ensuring readiness across day and night shifts. The role emphasizes safety, production targets, and documentation of training progress in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing setting.

The candidate will plan curricula, run sessions, perform assessments, and support root-cause analysis while maintaining accurate training and production records.

Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees in manufacturing.
• Ability to assess competency and document training completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with supervisors and managers to plan training for the workforce.
• Plan curriculum, coordinate times/locations, and run training sessions with hourly employees.
• Hold assessments to ensure understanding of processes.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations while maintaining production and quality.
• Coordinate production and maintenance activities to serve the plant production plan.
• Ensure accuracy of daily production reports, KPIs, and permits related to safety and maintenance.
• Manage workforce performance and set clear goals and standards.
• Lead first-level quality/environmental/safety investigations to completion.
• Participate in safety/environment/process investigations and audits (HAZOPs, reviews).
• All other duties as assigned.
