Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to deliver high-quality training for hourly employees on the production line. You will train new hires and cross-train staff, applying Marvin values to ensure top-notch customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to hourly workers.
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues during training plans.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer.
