Job summary

Futures Unlimited in Pontiac, IL seeks a Team Leader to oversee daily production operations and report to the Managed Services Manager. You will coordinate shift staffing, ensure quality, and assist with training of program participants and temporary workers.

Responsibilities include creating daily schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, completing shipping documents, supporting shipping/receiving, and attending meetings. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License Class C required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a daily work schedule by identifying production needs at the beginning of each shift.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager and Manager to maintain adequate worker levels.
• Quality control on all work performed.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure quantities are accurate.
• Ensure temporary workers and trainees follow guidelines and QC procedures.
• Assist with shipping/receiving activities and inventory control.
• Attend all meetings as directed.
• Report needs and shortages of production supplies.
• Serve as backup delivery driver when needed.
• Complete 40 hours of annual job-related training.
• Represent the agency to customers adhering to conduct standards.
• Complete incident reports and attend meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
