Use demonstrations, hands‐on practice, e‐learning, and job aids while assessing competence through practical and written evaluations.* Gain cross‐training across multiple lines, equipment, and processes to ensure broad operational coverage. Maintain proficiency through refresher training and support multiple shifts as a backup trainer.* Create, update, and standardize SOPs, work instructions, checklists, visuals, and e‐learning content. Use adult‐learning best practices and continuously improve materials based on feedback and training outcomes.* Ensure all training aligns with safety, quality, and regulatory standards such as OSHA, GMP, and ISO. Maintain accurate records and produce reports for audits and leadership.* Partner with supervisors and SMEs to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
