Job summary

Philips is seeking a 1st shift Lead for our Reedsville, PA facility to supervise the production team and ensure smooth, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will report disruptions to the Manufacturing group leader, operate machinery, monitor output quality, and maintain daily production records and pilot runs for performance analysis.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or vocational education with 1+ year of team leadership experience; Lean Six Sigma or Safety
