Provides guidance and support for direct reports.* Develops financial forecasts and annual plans to align decisions with organizational goals. Ensures strategic financial direction.* Optimizes manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and efficiency metrics. Enhances operational effectiveness.* Provides ongoing training on production processes and Health & Safety protocols. Prioritizes operator competence and safety.* Implements Lean methodologies and seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
