Job summary

The role ensures timely, on-budget delivery of collateral, promotions, annual reports, presentations, video, photography, enewsletters, and displays. You will coordinate with writers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or similar field.
• Five years professional experience in production, traffic and marketing project management.
• Excellent, demonstrated project management skills
• Strong verbal communication
• Vendor and freelancer management
• Proficient in media including print, broadcast, advertising and digital production
• Marketing agency production experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada driver's license
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project or SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Directs all tasks and staff involved in producing print and digital deliverables.
• Oversees production of collateral, promotions, annual reports, presentations, video, photography, enewsletters, advertisements, displays and more.
• Manages timelines, hit milestones and allocates resources to meet deliverable goals.
• Coordinate work of writers, editors, designers and various marketing vendors.
• Forecasts risks and mitigation strategies and communicates expectations to the team.
