Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Field Assistants for our North Dakota division. These positions are field-based, traveling about 20 days per month to work sites across North Dakota and surrounding states to perform gas well testing duties.

You will aid rig operations, maintain and service test equipment, take readings, and communicate with on-site supervisors. The role requires willingness to travel, endure long hours, and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Aid rig operations and setup/teardown of equipment
• Maintain and service gas well testing equipment
• Perform and record readings on gauges and monitors
• Site maintenance under field Supervisors
• Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers
• Follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Be willing to travel ~20 days per month and work long shifts
• Follow directions from on-site Supervisors
