Colter Energy LP in Minot, ND is hiring Field Assistants to support production testing operations across multiple oil and gas sites. This full-time position involves extensive travel and long shifts.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a dynamic field environment. You will assist in rig in/out, maintain equipment, and record readings while following Colter safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to aid in rig in/out of equipment.
• Assist in maintaining and servicing well testing equipment.
• Record readings on gauges and monitors accurately.
• Perform site maintenance as directed.
• Effective communication with on-site personnel and managers.
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines and procedures.
• Willingness to work away from home and long shifts (can exceed 12 hours).

Responsabilités

• Travel to oil and gas sites to support production testing operations.
