Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Field Assistants for our North Dakota division. These positions are field-based, traveling about 20 days per month to work sites across North Dakota and surrounding states to perform gas well testing duties.

You will aid rig operations, maintain and service test equipment, take readings, and communicate with on-site supervisors. The role requires willingness to travel, endure long hours, and follow safety guidelines.

Job description

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Field Assistants in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. Major Roles And Responsibilities

The roles and expectations of employment are as follows:

• Capable of aiding the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job
• Assist in maintaining and servicing of all well testing equipment
• Perform and record accurate readings on gauges and monitors
• Site maintenance at the direction of Field Supervisors
• Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
• Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
• Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from on-site Supervisor
