Job summary

CTDI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Test Operator to operate, test, and monitor assigned equipment to ensure the quality and functionality of products. 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay, a monthly incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k).

You will troubleshoot, document results, input data, maintain a clean workstation, and help meet daily production and quality goals.

• Hands-on capability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary.
• Ability to gather, document, and input data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify defects or issues.
• Observes and conducts operation of equipment and documents maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoots control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Verifies equipment data for reporting.
• Ability to interpret, follow and execute testing procedures accurately.
• Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
• Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
• Maintain and clean, organized workstation.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
