Job summary

CTDI in Portland/Fairview, OR is seeking a Tester Operator to operate, test, and monitor equipment to ensure product quality. You'll perform various tests, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and verify data for reporting, while maintaining safe, organized workstations.

2nd shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, plus an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Ability to gather, document, and input data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify defects.
• Observe operation of equipment and document maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot control panels, error lights, and messages.
• Meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Verify equipment data for reporting.
• Maintain safe and clean workstation.
• Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
