Job summary

CSP is hiring for a Production Operator on 1st and 2nd shifts at our North Carolina facility. You will operate presses in a fast-paced environment, ensure quality, and document production metrics while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and a team-oriented attitude. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities to grow within the CSP/Teijin Automotive organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Good math skills and mechanical ability.
• Flexibility to perform several job duties.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment on 1st and 2nd shift.
• Complete production tickets with accurate counts of parts produced and scrapped.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the work area.
• Support cross-functional teams and report safety hazards.
• Follow IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 requirements.
