Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a full‑time Production Test & Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead non‑conformity management and drive root‑cause analyses to support the programme.

You will develop RCCA actions, PFMEAs, control plans and inspection scripts, investigate non‑conforming products and present findings to multi‑disciplinary, multi‑national teams. The role offers growth in a defence‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Solid root‑cause investigation and non‑conformity experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, Defence Standards and NATO standards.
• Ability to liaise with and present information to a multi‑disciplined, multi‑national team.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel within and outside the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive production non‑conformances into RCCA format to eliminate quality issues.
• Perform cross‑functional analysis of non‑conformances identified during production, establish trends and root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and manage PFMEAs, control plans and inspection scripts as part of the cross‑functional team.
• Investigate non‑conforming products, services and processes, audit the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

General Dynamics Land Systems is looking for a full‑time Production Test & Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our established team. The role offers a salary of £50,560 to £55,000 based on experience and potential. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, positive and eager to grow professionally.

In this role you will lead and support non‑conformity management, working with stakeholders to develop root‑cause analyses, corrective actions and containment measures to support the programme.
