Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Production Test Specialist to support operations in the test lab environment. The role involves working with ATE equipment and device handlers to qualify, characterize, and test wafers and devices, with responsibilities including laser marking, package inspection, device changes, and tool kit setup.

Effective communication with engineering and business units is essential to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members, lab technicians, and engineers across the lab.
• Collaborate with people in different functions.
• Follow technical instructions in Engineering Work Orders (ISA) / Special Work Requests (SWR).
• Ensure all documented information is correct and entered in a timely manner.
• Record process observations and summary findings in ISA / SWR reports.
• Perform equipment setups and follow established lab specifications and procedures.
