Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Production Test Specialist to support lab operations, handling test/probe environments with ATE equipment and device handlers for qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probing, and device sampling processes.

Role involves laser marking, package inspection, device changes, and tool kit setup, interfacing with engineering and business units to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work with team members, lab technicians, and business unit engineers
• Collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Follow technical instructions outlined in ISA / Special Work Requests (SWR)
• Ensure that all documented information is correct and entered in a timely manner
• Record process observations and summary findings in the ISA/SWR reports
• Perform equipment setups
• Follow established lab specifications and procedures
