Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team to understand design specifications.
• Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time.
• Coordinate with production to release products to volume manufacturing.
• Define and implement test strategies for new DCDC converter products.
• Develop and maintain ATE hardware and software.
• Conduct silicon qualification and characterization, including hardware development.
• Provide robust and cost-effective test solutions to ensure product quality.
